When calling for an appointment, please describe the reason for your visit as clearly as possible. For your first visit, we would like to ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

If you must cancel your appointment for any reason, please call as early as possible; preferably at least 48 hours in advance. Please make a note of any instructions regarding preparations for your visit, such as not taking antihistamines or bringing your current medications to the appointment. Call us anytime before the appointment and we will be glad to review any instructions with you.

Our telephone number is the same, day or night. You may call 281-337-1512 or 713-661-9003 and voice messaging will answer if no one is available to take the call. If there is a problem with the land lines, you can attempt to reach Dr. Andrew on her cell phone at 281-910-1982.

When calling after hours, our voice messaging will notify you of who is on call as well as how to contact the physician on call if necessary. You may leave a message including a call back phone number for routine requests such as ordering a vial or refill. Verify that the message was received by calling at the end of the next business day if you have not received a call from the clinic. Explain the nature and urgency of your problem as clearly and concisely as possible, and the physician will return your call as soon as possible.

In an extreme emergency, such as severe allergic reaction, chest pains, or severe breathing problems, call your emergency service number (usually 911) first. Do not delay emergency care by calling the clinic. After arriving at the emergency room, if necessary, call the clinic for further advice and coordination of your emergency care.

We look forward to being of service to you.
